Happy with their service. Rooms are well maintained, neat and spacious. Linen is cleaned regularly. The ambience is also good . Restaurant on the ground floor serves good quality breakfast with all types of meals. Must appreciate the hotel management for giving a chance to specially abled people for doing a variety of work including housekeeping and also at the front desk.

Overall good experience in hospitality of room staff at all levels reception dinning in chef and all amazed by the wonderful services specially mention Rupesh and Neha in dinning area. |Housekeeping services are good . |Cleaning of hotel was well mentained.

Ginger Indore is my favorite place hotel, I have been a regular during my work trips even during the renovation period when the place was quite chaotic. The staff are superb, diligent & ever smiling - Ishu, Sangita, Vinay, Muskan & led by Sushant - Manager are the few names I've encountered. The hospitality and property are both excellent. Am grateful for their good work.

I have seen very amazing people working at ginger Indore. They helped me to reschedule the booking and refunded the amount of double payment after one month once they catch that during audit. Thanks a lot Ginger Indore for hosting such services for the guests.

Rooms were neat and clean but seriously congested. Food & service was upto the mark. Excellent & helpful staff. Except for the room, we enjoyed the trip.

good,, clean,, courteous staff, food and service very good..felt at home... keep up the standard.. The location is very useful...The check in was smooth and pleasing with a friendly and courteous reception,, the in house breakfast had variety...the rooms clean and decent..never felt the need for T.V.
