I recently stayed at Hotel Lords Plaza in Surat, and it was an exceptional experience. It was a 1 day business trip to Surat, had smooth check in at reception, rooms are perfect though we had a little housekeeping issues and shorted out on a call, food was nice, restaurant staff was really polite and hospitable, they have arranged late breakfast for us. Thanks, will definitely come again.

Great location The breakfast area is very small. Every morning, we had to share a table with total strangers, and there were never enough utensils on the tables, and their buffet section was very untidy platters were never refilled.

It was a great experience and rooms and also the service was at 10 out of 10. Special thanks to Mr. Sajid, who manage overall ginger Dumus road, Surat. I really want to thanks the overall thanks. Very helpful staff. And the service is at par. Also I want to thanks some of the fav person person who really helped me from booking to check out also guiding me for local travel. Thank you Subhadeep, DOMA and Hemant. Overall great rooms, great breakfast and great location to stay. Even you will get the river water scene in the morning with a ray of a sunshine.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ginger. I loved the cleanliness and the taste of the food. All the staff members were very cooperative. The lady at reception and Mr. Sritam Pradhan were both nice and humble. Overall, it was a great stay.

Super amazing hotel , staff is very courteous, did not expect such warmth at a Select service hotel. Rooms are really clean and tidy, food is also good.

This is my go to hotel when visiting Surat India. As always my stay at the hotel was exceptional! Best location, walking from station, Good staff, Excellent food, good Buffett breaksaft with lots variety of options. Pure vegetarian Hotel I normally stay each time I vist surat for business tour.

Wonderful experience at Ziyafat restaurant. Absolutely delicious food ans great service as wel. Right outside railway station, perfect place to dine.
