Good experience and comfortable stay. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival with a beads mala. Good rooms were provided and are well maintained which gives a luxurious outlook. Good service from the staff and reception. The breakfast is scrumptious but quite expensive, preferred not to have buffet considering the high price. TV content streaming could have been better. AC and Hot water supply was pleasurable along with all bath and beverage accessories being adequately provided.

The staff was invaluable, and the room and amenities were great. I also really liked the food; it had a great menu, and I loved the breakfast buffet items. Right from the welcome to the end, the staff ensured we got to experience only the best. I definitely would come back again.

Overall fruitful stay and memorable ones. It was indeed a pleasant. Right from welcome guest till checkout process everything went smooth without any hurdles. ||Rich accommodation and well maintained property at reasonable cost. ||This is our second time stay.

The services given excellent and proper.and very kind people .breakfast is also good. The staff is polite and helpful. Also good for little children food. Mr. Prasad, Mr Ramesh and Mr. Naresh have very help ful always ready for any type of help / customer service. Really Excellent hotel. I share my 3 years experience.

The stay was good. Rooms were good and spacious. Toiletries were not enough . They didn't keep body shower gel on second day. They don't give body lotion as well. Otherwise, room is overall good. Services are good. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. Had 2 breakfasts and 2 fingers there. Food was good.

We had a nice, cozy room with good hospitality and delicious vegetarian food. My room offered a beautiful scenic view of Kapila Teertham, even though it doesn't have a waterfall. The hotel is accessible to all prime locations. Thank you, Pai Viceroy, for making our stay memorable.

The food at the hotel was very good and I enjoyed it a lot. The hotel has coffee on every floor. Because I need some refreshment after a long journey. The room is also clean. Good experience.

Its hall is great place to have parties, meetings, marriages. The food and decorations are great here. Guest were well received with refreshing drink and snacks. Overall, liked the place.
