Stayed at Hotel Surya, Kaiser Palace in Varanasi, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has a beautiful heritage charm, with well-maintained architecture and a peaceful garden area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though some areas could use a bit of an upgrade. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially at the front desk. The breakfast was decent, but there’s room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. The location is convenient, about 15-20 minutes from major ghats and attractions.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was good.. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast every morning was awesome, especially the dosas were lip smacking. The staffs were good, especially the person serving coffee and tea, the chef who make dosas and the manager who would make sure everything is perfect during breakfast. Also the housekeeping service was good.. Overall satisfied.

A great place to stay at Varanasi. It's a bit away from the center of Varanasi but in a quiet area and takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach the ghat area. We loved the service and ample rickshaws are available to go around the town.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Varanasi. The location is perfect, with easy access to autos and nearby attractions. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and the service is top-notch. The food is also fantastic—definitely a highlight of our stay. As a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi!

I stayed with my family for 3 days. The hotel is a very beautiful place. Ganga Ghat, Shri Vishwanath Temple, Shri Kaal Bhairav Ji Temple is very close from here, the restaurant inside the hotel is very good, the view from the outside window is very nice. The food looks divine, don't even ask what a wonderful food and restaurant it wasThe service of the staff is very super, the behavior is excellent, the room is luxury, neat and clean and the behavior of all the staff is good, the rate is also fine, overall everything is beautiful.

This review is about the restaurant in this hotel. Good to find some quiet time amidst the hustle and bustle outside. Food was delicious. Service was great!

The travel desk arranged the visits in and around the city with excellent drivers and helped take the pressure off the planning. Lastly, the hotel staff is courteous and makes you feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and would love to stay here again.

An awesome hotel in the heart of Varanasi. Excellent location. Even better services. Excellent breakfast buffet !! Stayed for 5 days- felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Diamond Hotel to all.
