The hotel rooms were remarkably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern decor. We particularly appreciated the spacious layout and the thoughtful amenities provided, like a mini-fridge and ample closet space. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, a very pleasant stay with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. It was overall a great experience with our baby.

The hotel stay was comfortable, with spacious rooms and attentive staff. Check-in was quick, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The bed was cozy, and the view from the window was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Recently stayed at this hotel twice in a span of 10 days and couldn't be more satisfied. The hotel is an oasis of tranquility and luxury in Amritsar. Conveniently located very close to the airport, it has spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The evening dinner buffet and morning breakfast buffet are of great quality. Every staff member I interacted with at the hotel was gracious and hospitable. My personal favorite was the massive gym at the hotel which made it one of the better properties I've ever stayed at.

My experience here has been truly fabulous.All the way from the check in staff,to the restaurant and house keeping..Everyone is working with one primary goal,and that is guest comfort. I guess when a property holds such high standards,the staff are trained to maintain the same. Reeta from the restaurant,made my stay and experience all the more complete with her quiet,highly professional,proactive and very considerate demeanor.She is so pleasant and a pleasure to watch when at work.I wish her the best.

It was our first time staying at a Hyatt hotel. We really liked this hotel. Check-in was quick. Room was a pool facing one and neat and clean. Breakfast spread was good. Even though it was crowded due to the holiday season, the staff at the restaurant were attentive and ensured the items ordered were quickly got to the table. We also has a wonderful dinner at the Punjab Province restaurant there. Added advantage is that its next to a mall (both of them in the same campus). So if you want to shop or watch a movie it's only a very short walk away. :) Only issue is that with an extra bed (apart from the twin beds), the room is a tad small.

Excellent location specially if you trying to visit the Golden Temple, some great amenities such as spa pool gym is open 24 hours. My package didn’t include breakfast or dinner for an extra ₹900 you can add it per person. Beautiful mall adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay rooms were upper class standards. In my opinion. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Amritsar! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's amenities, including the restaurant, offered a great variety of food that was both delicious and well-presented. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality – the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel and value for money. I liked staying in Holiday Inn Amritsar. I was welcomed nicely with quick check in and staff was very nice and humble. Housekeeping staff who cleaned my room was very nice who took care of my needs. Food was delicious

Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and at restaurant too. Housekeeping was great. Rooms were very clean and nice. Food was delicious at breakfast. The only thing that I could recommend is to renovate your hotel.
