First time entering a 5 star hotel ..wow! actually all the smiling faces at the entrance it self gave me feel special. And I had a coffee there..it's was good. But the way it served is making it special. One beautiful lady came and asked for what type of coffee you want and I said just a coffee...she elaborated for me the varieties of it...all i like the way they serve and value the customer. it was a good experience. Good .

Very good service from front desk to housekeeping and caffe staff are top notch Mr. Mahesh housekeeping staff was great at his work cleaned room nicely I appreciate hotel management to hire this kind of professional staff thanks Mahesh to make our stay comfortable.

I had dinner here with family. We had buffet. The spread was elaborate and food tasty. The choice of liquor was fine too. It is very expensive, but that is expected from a hotel of this class.

Impressive venue for meetings! The meeting hall was well-equipped and spacious. The food was outstanding, with both veg and non-veg options impressing. The evening snacks were a highlight, with a wide variety of around 10 items to choose from. Highly recommend for corporate events.
