Staying at The Leela Ambience Gurugram, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hospitality was top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always attentive to every little detail. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, offering stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is perfect as It is conveniently attached to the Ambience Mall, which is great for shopping and entertainment, and it offers easy access to business hubs in Gurgaon and Delhi. Overall, The Leela Ambience Gurugram delivers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

My stay at The Leela Ambience was absolutely delightful! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the luxurious ambiance made me feel pampered throughout. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Dining at Dilli 32 was a highlight—the flavors were authentic, and the presentation was stunning. I can’t wait to come back.

The hotel hospitality is top class with every single staff member trained to naturally exude a welcoming smile... The breakfast spread is one of best with a really fantastic set of options. The location is perfect with the Ambience Mall connected to the property.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have a great experience. The atmosphere and ambiance are excellent, creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. The staff is incredibly cooperative and always eager to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Reception service is top-notch, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in and checkout process. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed at this place around Christmas last year and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, and the breakfast spread was quite extensive, possibly due to the holiday season. There were a variety of bakery items, including different flavors of croissants, muffins, and pancakes. They even allowed guests to take away some of these treats, which was a nice touch. The property itself was also lovely, making for an overall great stay. Absolutely recommended.

The staff is well trained. I like the taste of the food. The chefs are courteous too. My only point to make here is that the presentation can be much better. The presentation for me was very flat however at the end "Taste" is the real king. They offered us complimentary sweets and other dishes too from their end which was a cherry on the cake for us. At the end the wonderful evening ended with mouth watering dinner.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, especially Ms. Mansi, who ensured all my requirements were met. I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to everyone for their warm hospitality.

Brinda singh, Jahagir Alam, Manjit - At Valet were extermely helpful. kind and welcoming along with all staff. Our stay was been great ad would likely come back without hesitation.

It's a convenient location for corporates having meetings in Gurgaon and Delhi. The staff is very polite. Anisha and other members of the staff manage the hotel very effectively.
