I hosted a banquet at Holiday Inn Cochin, and it was an unforgettable experience! The banquet staff, including Christin, Shubham, and others, were exceptional. They were very attentive to our needs and ensured that every part of the event was perfect. They were proactive in handling all requests and made sure everything was set up beautifully. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. It was a seamless event, and I am grateful to the entire team for making our function so special. I highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a memorable even.

My family and I spent 8 days at the hotel to relax and enjoy the tour spots in Kochi. The hotel gave us the opportunity to relax after busy days going about and the amenities and food at the hotel was excellent! Shout out to the Chef and those who prepared the menu/food at Masala buffet.

The moment you enter the Hotel, you will feel at ease. The check in process is very fast and smooth. The lobby area and the interior corridor of the hotel are clean without any foul smell.

Review Exceptionally friendly staffs and beautiful? Clean property at the queen of Arabian Sea. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They made sure everything was arranged to surprise us. Starting with a friendly check on experience from front office team, leaded by Swati, she went above and beyond to make us feel extremely happy and welcoming to the property. And of course she arranged beautiful candle light dinner along with a copy of our anniversary photo framed. Also the staffs at the lounge and restaurant Thai soul was very warm and affectionate. Thank you team Hyatt for giving us one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

This is the best hotel in Kerala and quite possibly one of the best in India. The grounds are impeccable, the staff are always polite and ready to please, and the food is great with an outstanding breakfast at the Malabar cafe. Tip : if you are traveling with a larger group or multiple family members, consider booking a villa. The service is above board and the villas are great value as well, not to mention that the villas are some of the best in India. A highly recommended place to stay in Kochi.

The trip was fantastic and the hotel, staff and the view from the rooms were superb. It is a must recommended spot if you are planning for a vacation in Kochi.Overall amenities and services were more than expected. The cleanliness and the location is great and serene.

CROWNE PLAZA KOCHI REVIEWS

I took some local friends there for dinner last night, so I am reviewing only the restaurant. It was nice and clean and quiet, but there were issues. There were few customers but the service was very slow - it took about half an hour for our drinks to arrive. They had sparkling water and if I had known a lime juice would take them half an hour to prepare I would have walked down the road and bought some - there are many small shops selling it very close by. The food was good.

We stayed in late January for 3 nights. About 40 minutes from Kochi airport just off the highway. We had 3 rooms for 6 adults, all overlooking backwaters, very clean with huge bedroom and equally large bathroom. Breakfast and evening meals were outstanding with self-service buffets. Uber ride to Kochi about 30 minutes. Easy check-in and very friendly staff in every department. Great experience.

This was an excellent experience in every aspect of our stay. Couldn't have picked a better location for our stay.Nice hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms. The staff at reception, cleaning, and room service are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and the rooms are clean. The laundry service is perfect, and the air conditioning works well.
