Great hotel and amazing staff. My son got food poisoning from something he ate outside and at 3 am, we didn’t know what to do. The staff sent someone to the pharmacy to get Gatorade and medicines for us. Everyone is always smiling and ready to help.

We had an amazing stay. Will visit again. Staff was beyond hospitable and provided above and beyond service. The room was comfortable with nice amenities. The dining was also wonderful. We highly recommend the hotel for those who want a central point between Delhi and UP.

It was an exceptional experience staying at this hotel. The hospitality is top notch. The staffs are professional. Neetu was exceptional The rooms are clean and common areas are well maintained. Their breakfast buffet has lots of items. The one downside everything is awesome!

We're staying here quite a lo~~ng time. This hotel guarantees safety and high-quality food, splendid room service. I think umm~ morning buffet is fantastic such as crispy bread and Korean cousine. I am also satisfied with the laundry service. They offer perfect cleaness and always keep the due time. Today, Abhisheck Kumar delivered my colthes to my room with kindness. Thank you all your service.

I have been staying at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida for last 3 months. The staff has always been very courteous and the stay experience has been great each time. I would specially like to mention Prakhar as the person who has impressed me the most. His warmth and cordialness has defined and elevated my experience at the hotel.

We had a group gathering for our company event and this place is huge enough to gather more than 2k+ people. Had a great experience overall. It also has pretty good playing courts like tennis, badminton, basketball, etc. Location is also easy to reach. Offers good stays too.

We are staying for 2 nights. Completed one night when we are writing this review. Happy with the overall experience So far. In particular Sahil in Cafe Resto has taken good care of us by modifying dishes as per our taste. Six stars for him.
