Had an awesome time. The staff is the best that I have experienced in recent times. They were so attentive. The ambience was soothing. We were tired from a long day and all these things blended beautifully. My kids were super happy and me relaxed. Way to go !! Please keep it up.

Room size and bed sizes are smaller and could be improved. Cleanliness is 5 stars. Service and friendliness is awesome and 7 stars for that. Checkin counter could be improved both from ambience and adding more faster Service.

The overall experience was amazing. Had a great time with family. All the staff and services were good and specially Akansha had taken care very well. Shall highly recommend to all of family and friends.

Beautiful property, best for staycations. Food is awesome. Every thing is top notch. Except the rooms could be better. The location of this property is great as the museums and RK beach is walking distance. Also, the hotel/resort has its own private beach which is awesome and makes the hotel first choice for people like us who work remotely and love to enjoy scenic beauty, sitting on the lap of nature.

I was very impressed with the service from the front desk and concierge team. They made the check in so smooth and were extremely helpful with all my requirements, from arranging transportation made me feel right at home and appreciated their friendly nature. Everything was exceptional right from the hospitality to the food.

Came here with my friends for a trip and it was an awesome stay here. Good rooms and polite people. Especially navyasri from the housekeeping department have took care of us in a beautiful way. Totally it's an awesome stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff truly made our stay memorable. The attention to detail and the hospitality were beyond my expectations. I would like to give special recognition to Santu and Ali in the restaurant; they consistently provided excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude. Their professionalism and kindness made dining at the hotel a real pleasure. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and an unforgettable stay.

One of the best fine dining experiences in Visakhapatnam. The ambience and theme was occasion specific. The live music was soothing. Mr Saif Ali was our waiter for the evening . He did an amazing job explaining and serving the different courses of the meal. Will definitely come back again.
