As i was not able to get thru call service centre number, hence i approached Mr Pradeep jha (Urvashi Electronic) for the same and it just happened next day in d morning itself without any follow ups nor even a reminder. The staff was extremely supportive and ensured that the installation is completed properly. The panel required carpenter work but they waited for it to complete without any concern. Highly recommended ..... The team of technician are in good in nature and knowledge of all type of ac . They have invested good 2 hours for my AC repair. They haven't shown any hurry to go.
