My mother-in-law was a patient at Zydus Vadodara Hospital, and our overall experience was truly excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the outstanding service provided by the reception team at Cluster 2. The receptionists Niyati and Akshita were incredibly warm, polite, and professional. From the very beginning, they handled all the formalities efficiently and guided us patiently through the process. Their supportive attitude, clear communication, and welcoming smiles made a stressful time much more manageable for our family. The hospital is well-organized, clean, and patient-friendly, but staff members like Niyati and Akshita genuinely stand out and reflect the hospital’s commitment to quality care and compassion. Highly recommended, and heartfelt thanks to the entire team.

Location: It is conveniently located on Tandalja Road/Old Padra Road, near Akshar Chowk, making it easily accessible.

Had gotten admitted for Spine related issue. Staff was very helpful and everything was conveyed on a timely basis. Food was also of good quality. Nurses checked vitals multiples time a day to ensure that any issues were addressed. Highly recommended.
