My college Beutyness of Kanpur Dayanand Anglo Vaidik Mahavidyalaya (D.A-V. College) is a college in Kanpur, India, established 1919 by Lala Diwan Chand, is the second oldest college in the city. The college is situated in Civil Lines, opposite the Green Park Stadium.[1] It is affiliated with Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University(formerly Kanpur University), formerly with the University of Agra.[2] The college is accredited by the Indian NAAC. Amit Kumar Srivastava is present principal of this college. DAV College has contributed immensely to the Indian independence movement. The college hostel is nerve center of patriotic activities. There is also a statue of local freedom fighter and martyr Saligram Shukla in the campus. In 1928, Mahatma Gandhi visited here. Incumbent President of India Ram Nath Kovind and former Prime Minister of IndiaAtal Bihari Vajpayee are notable alumni of the college.

I graduated from Dav, and I was very impressed, satisfied, and so much enjoyed it. I love my college...and its science and maths faculties are very supportive in nature, they understand the demands of students. Overall, I love my class and college.

I am in my last year of college ... Some teachers are here very kind and helpful. Personally I mention my two favourite teachers name Dr. Samay Deen Gupta (professor of DST Department) and second Dr. Rajesh Kumar yadav (assistant professor of English Department). I am very lucky to have teachers like them College is a very clean and beautiful environment.

It's a very reputated college which provide bsc ,math, B.A ,AND msc in math, physics,chemistry,and more it's faculty is nice but classes do not run regularly and also it's campus is big there is a ground where you can enjoy with your friends and also it has library where student can study peacefully it's also has hostel facility.overall it's a good college and recognized college.

Nice environment for study, peaceful place, disciplined students, talented teachers, helpful staff, well maintained library.
