“Chikkanna Government Arts College is nestled in a picturesque 40-acre campus at the heart of Tirupur, known as the dollar city. The faculty comprises 85 members, with 55 holding Ph.D. degrees, while others are actively pursuing Ph.D. programs in their respective disciplines on a part-time basis. Supporting them is a team of 16 administrative staff and technicians. The college's vision is to transform into a premier institution of higher learning, setting an example for rural and socio-economically disadvantaged students, ultimately contributing to the creation of a knowledge society.
