I recently visited Aanvii Hearing – Kachiguda branch for a service on my hearing aid, which I originally purchased from the Banjara Hills branch. I was extremely impressed with the exceptional service provided by Ms. Neelima and Ms. Maurvi. Ms. Neelima, in her role as CSO, kept me well-informed throughout the process with great professionalism. Ms. Maurvi, the audiologist, was truly outstanding. She patiently explained every detail of the issues I was facing and demonstrated deep knowledge and care during the consultation.
