पंचकर्म से फायदा ही फायदा 1. बचपन से मैं सर्दी जुकाम से पीड़ित था । गर्मी में भी पंखे की हवा से नाक बहने लगती थी । छिकों से बुरा हाल हो जाता था । 2. मैं करीब 25 सालों से वर्टिगो बीमारी से पीड़ित था । 3. करीब 10 सालों से मैं खुजली से परेशान था । पिछले 3 सालों से सिर से पैर तक बेहद खुजली हो गई थी । पिछले करीब 25 सालों के दौरान उज्जैन के पंचकर्म विशेषज्ञ डॉ एस एन पाण्डे जी से 2 बार वमन और 8 बार विरेचन करवाने से मुझे उक्त सभी बीमारियों में करीब 90 प्रतिशत आराम हो गया है । आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा पद्धति पंचकर्म और डॉ एस एन पाण्डे जी का मैं दिल से आभार व्यक्त करना चाहता हूँ। - डॉ चन्दर सोनाने Reply
