Went for haircut, Arsheen understood me so well! She suggested a haircut that works very well with me and my work lifestyle. I was previously very unhappy with hair colour I got from BnB Prahladnagar, maybe there was an error in understanding me. I told her about it. She guided me very well by explaining certain salon hair colour terms. Then I decided to go for global and highlights. Ultimately she gave me a wonderful hair colour! just want I wanted. “My hair but better” kind of hair! It works best for my face, lifestyle and is so workplace appropriate! I can’t thank her more! BnB don’t let your gem Arsheen go away! Btw, BnB treated me very well with coffee and light snacks. I had a great time and will come again!

Ronit was VERY patient, gentle, and professional with manicure and pedicure services. Brought green tea just because I had a cough! Excellent customer service and patience. He gave many great and knowledgeable suggestions as I selected my designs. Ronit makes customers feel safe and heard. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience , my hair colour is really great I liked it a lot , you guys really take care of your customers and service is also nice . My haircut , hair colour took 2 days process but the end result is too good as expected. My hair stylist Ronak suggested me the colour and style and he was right . I am from USA. Sultan from lakme does an exact fade as specified by me which matches my USA haircuts. Also the hair color done by him is very professional and looks really good. He knows exact shades which will look good on you. He is also very proficient in hair Botox treatment which my wife underwent 3 times in past 2 years.
