THE ENGLISH BOOK SHOP REVIEWS

A must ' stop shop go' place for book lovers in Chandigarh. It is right in the heart of sector 17. Amazing collection of all types of books and literature and stationery. During my student days I would often spend hours browsing through the books in this shop and returning with a bag full of them.

I found their selection of novels very small for the size of the store, I couldn't find most of the things I was looking for and the staff did not communicate well in English, so I couldn't get much help from them. But the stationary section is really nice and they are open on Sundays, so it's very practical.

Undoubtedly the heaven on the earth, if you are a book lover and especially in chandigarh. Staff is very friendly. Owners are good human being with a pleasant nature.
