Compared other stationaries who are having contracts for multiple schools as books and statinory provider, the experience with the services of ekta prakashan was too good. The owner is too kind and giving kind response to the customers. Lots of statinory options are also available here and they are dealing with old book also. So overall really satisfied with the service of ekta prakashan.

I get all the books on demand. Sometimes it happens in case of stock-out that I get the books delayed but they provide good services in case of home delivery pf multiple copies of books. Also they explain the pros and cons in comparison of publications.

One of the renowned book store in the city where one can get all types of books and various other stationery items. Their service is good and quick. One will not have to wait here. They are polite and good in nature.

This place is ideal for finding any educational book you need, but the billing process could be streamlined. Currently, it's a three-step process: first, the details are entered into the computer; next, a second person verifies the bill against the purchased books; and finally, the Seth reviews the bill and books again. This lengthy process can be particularly time-consuming during rush hours.

Stationary is all over good. It has mostly all things that a student might require. The thing that needs to be improved is its management. Staff is less and you have to wait a lot in queue and there is only one billing counter on the ground floor . Some times they spend more than half an hour in finding any particular book or something else. Can be improved by adding a second counter on first floor and letting your staff learn about your stuff so they can find it easily and your customer flow would be smooth.

It is the best place for buying books. All the staff people and the owner are very cooperative. One can get all type of books whether it is novel, education, children books, or holy book under one roof. I like the stationery division as it has a wide range

Many branches book available. Polite behaviour of the stand. Books are returnable and old books are also available. Nice place to buy books. Good experience.

The behaviour of the shopkeeper is very very nice & best. They have all book that students need it available but they take 5-10 minutes to give book. Over all my experience is very well.
