This place is ideal for finding any educational book you need, but the billing process could be streamlined. Currently, it's a three-step process: first, the details are entered into the computer; next, a second person verifies the bill against the purchased books; and finally, the Seth reviews the bill and books again. This lengthy process can be particularly time-consuming during rush hours.

Stationary is all over good. It has mostly all things that a student might require. The thing that needs to be improved is its management. Staff is less and you have to wait a lot in queue and there is only one billing counter on the ground floor .
