I know this place for about 2 decades. The shop owner is a gentleman with a humurous touch for school students. He runs the place with his sons now. If you are someone as confused as me about the book they recommend and provide details too. As much as I know not a single book store in varanasi offers the discount like these folks as you don't even need to ask for discount its already applied and on top of that final bill price may still be negotiable. ☺ One of the good places that make you feel "Happy shopping, Happy Reading/Learning".

Visited the book shop during our trip to Varanasi. This book shop had a wide variety of books available starting from fiction to real stories. I was able to get a good interactive book for my toddler and my kid. And I could get a set of Millenial kids favourite Chacha Chaudhary and Sabu, Pinky comic books.

It has collection of original and high quality books across various genres making it a heaven for a book lovers. However, one thing to note is that the store doesn't carry technology-related books which might be a limitation for those seeking such titles.
