3 Best Budget Hotels in Ujjain, MP

Never saw such a nice and clean hotel right in front of the railway station. That too is around 1100/night. The room was big and clean. It got a tv, an ac and a kettle as amenities. They also had a good restaurant with decent priced tasty food. Will be definitely recommending it and booking it again. The only suggestion is the lighting in the room can be better and more illuminated.

Good place to stay near the railway station. Rooms maintained with hygienic conditions and daily cleaning services are good. For food also no need to go outside restaurant is below the hotel providing good food to the hostages.

We stayed at Hotel Bholenath, Ujjain for two days and had a very pleasant experience. This is a guesthouse, so if you are looking for a picnic-style stay, it may not be ideal. However, for visitors coming with devotional purposes, the hotel offers basic yet good facilities at a very reasonable price. The property is very close to Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple, and from the room we were allotted, we could see the temple spire and watch live darshan / aarti 24 hours. The rooms had all basic amenities, including 24-hour hot water, and the staff were extremely helpful. On the day of our booking, the staff even called us from the front and assisted with pickup from the Harsiddhi Chowk, as vehicles cannot go all the way to the property. Parking arrangements were also provided just outside the hotel. All kinds of food items and restaurants are available nearby, and the local markets are easily accessible. Reasonably priced auto-rickshaws are available outside the hotel for sightseeing and local visits. Overall, we enjoyed our two-day stay very much and would recommend this property for pilgrims visiting Ujjain.

Highly recommended! One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I had unknowingly left my tablet behind after checkout, and to my surprise, a staff member went out of their way to personally return it to me while I was already en route to another location—truly commendable service. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. A perfect stay overall.
