Booked an Innova Crysta for nine days and the experience was seamless end to end. The vehicle was consistently clean, well-maintained, and reliable throughout the trip. Given our requirement for a Hindi/English-speaking driver, the company assigned Mr. Srinivas, who was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, he had to discontinue after the fourth day. To their credit, the company managed the transition proactively and without any disruption to our itinerary. A replacement driver, Mr. Karthik, reached our place of stay overnight and supported us for the remaining five days. He was equally professional, helpful, and dependable. Overall, the team demonstrated strong service standards and customer focus. Special mention to Mr. Karthik, he is a clear asset to the company. Highly recommended for hassle-free travel.
