We are a family of three and recently availed the services of MK Tours and Travels for our trip to Kodaikanal and Munnar. Our initial discussion was with Ms. Priya, who patiently explained all the details and helped us plan the trip smoothly. The vehicle provided (Innova Crysta) was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the journey. Our driver, Mr. Guru, was very professional, polite, and well-behaved. Even though there were a few language challenges and he was not familiar with all the places we wanted to visit initially, he was always supportive, cooperative, and ensured we covered all the destinations we had planned. Overall, the services provided by MK Tours and Travels were truly good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We would definitely recommend them for a comfortable and hassle-free travel experience.

I booked a Tempo Traveller from MK Tours and Travel for 8 days for Ooty, Kodaikanal, Mysore, Coorg, and Bangalore. Booked an Innova Crysta for nine days and the experience was seamless end to end. The vehicle was consistently clean, well-maintained, and reliable throughout the trip. Given our requirement for a Hindi/English-speaking driver, the company assigned Mr. Srinivas, who was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, he had to discontinue after the fourth day. To their credit, the company managed the transition proactively and without any disruption to our itinerary. A replacement driver, Mr. Karthik, reached our place of stay overnight and supported us for the remaining five days. He was equally professional, helpful, and dependable. Overall, the team demonstrated strong service standards and customer focus. Special mention to Mr. Karthik, he is a clear asset to the company. Highly recommended for hassle-free travel.
