I am really happy with your service standards and etiquette. On both days, the cab driver arrived before time, both the drivers were polite and courteous and well mannered & soft spoken. They drove well no harsh driving it was a smooth drive. The cabs were clean. I also liked that on both the days I got the follow up calls from your office to inquire about whether I am enjoying my ride or if there is any problem. This was a really soothing customer experience. I would love to have a long term association with Trueway Taxis Pvt Ltd.
