We booked this company for our airport transfers (airport into the old city) and also for two day trips. The drivers were safe, efficient, communication was excellent and both drivers that we had were absolutely lovely. Comfortable , air conditioned cars with bottled water supplied. Would highly recommend this company-English speaking if that’s important for you and very reliable. Murli and Sharma were both super friendly men - use this company, you will not be disappointed.

We had a fantastic experience with Sri Krishna Tours and Travels during our recent trip to Rajasthan. A huge thank you to Tarun ji and our driver, Bhagavati Lal ji, for taking such wonderful care of us. Bhagavati Lal ji was consistently punctual, maintained a very high standard of safe driving, and provided excellent recommendations for local sightseeing. We felt well-attended to throughout the journey and highly recommend their services to anyone visiting the region.

I had a great experience with Krishna Tours and taxi. The driver (Tarun Sharma) was well trained and polite and guided us all through the journey. The car was very clean and in very good condition I will recommend everyone to choose this tours and taxi.

I booked with them for whole rajasthan tour of 12days and our trip was just amazing. The owner Shoaib bhai was always there for any short comings and is really very humble and polite. Our driver Mr. Muktiyar was super good with proper knowledge of the all the places and route. He was punctual and drove very smoothly. All in all I surely recommend them.

Shoaib was so proactive and was able to accommodate our request just few hrs in notice. His car was clean and he was very professional. We were two girls travelling and he made us feel very safe and welcomed. I asked him how he had only 5 star reviews, and now I know why! I high recommend him.

We had a great experience booking a full-day cab for our Udaipur sightseeing. He was incredibly nice and polite throughout the day. A reliable and comfortable way to see the city.

I booked this cab service during my Udaipur trip for visiting Sawariya Seth and Ekling Ji, and overall the travel experience was good, mainly because of the driver and the vehicle condition. The driver deserves special appreciation. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the journey. He maintained a calm and positive attitude, drove safely, and was cooperative with our schedule. He also guided us properly during the temple visits and made sure we were comfortable at all times, which really enhanced our trip experience. The car was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which is very important for long-distance temple travel. The cleanliness and comfort of the vehicle were up to the mark and added to a smooth journey. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the owner. He was quite rude and impatient during our interaction. He seemed to get frustrated when we tried to bargain, which is a very common and normal practice, especially while booking local cab services. A more polite and professional approach from the owner would have made the overall experience much better. To summarize, the driver and vehicle quality were excellent, but the owner’s attitude needs improvement. If customer handling and communication are improved at the management level, this cab service can offer a much better overall experience.
