Been getting my Mercedes services by them for a while and it's been a smooth experience so far. I work according to the US time zone and therefore it's very difficult to coordinate stuff during the day, but since they had the pick up and drop option, it was easy for me to coordinate and their service has been as good as Mercedes's service stations.
