Reaction time to the emergency is very Good. Dr. Niraj Raghani is very humble and explains everything to the patient and relatives very patiently and in great detail. Other medical and non medical staff were really helpful and polite all the time... My father was in a very critical situation. Dr Raghani handled the procedure really well explained in great detail the complication and how is he gonna treat him..all in all...my father got out off the critical situation because of Dr. Raghani and his hardwork... The manager and the staff were also really helpful and never ever got irritated even after asking repeated question...and were really helpful whenever needed.
