I was beyond impressed with the service I have received and continue to receive from Dr. Prashant Udgire and his staff. Perfect jobs they provide, super nice and professional crews. Suffering from chest pain is extremely scary. The second I walked in I was attended immediately with extreme care and comfort. The front desk staff was quick and seemed genuinely concerned and is just so sweet and caring. Dr. Prashant Udgire was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. His demeanor and bed-side manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. Dr. Prashant made me feel comfortable and relaxed and he not only asked me questions about my symptoms and disease progress but also showed interest in my recreational life (which no doctor has ever done before!). He really made me comfortable and treated me with his swift skills. Very next morning, Dr. Prashant himself called me just to see how I was feeling. I was in shock that he personally called and I have no words that will do justice to just how nice he is. I will definitely be a loyal patient.
