Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Lucknow. Started 40 years ago; this place has managed to retain its original taste and authenticity. Noodles were good. Chicken drumsticks in hot garlic sauce was great, the sauce had the oomph ???? Real MVP: Chilli Chicken / Chilli Prawns Decent ambience with family friendly crowd. (Go around 8 for dinner if you really want a spot, yes even on the weekdays).

On a recent trip to Lucknow, our friends and i were craving some good chinese food. We were recommended Chung Fa by some locals. And we were not disappointed. One of the 2 restaurants that are run by Indo-Chinese families in the city. The food was very tasty and the restaurant has an old world charm. Service is friendly and prices are alright too. The best Chinese restaurant in the city for sure. Do not expect authentic Chinese but just very tasty Chinese food india eats.

Nice place to dine... They were closing the restaurant me & my friend requested if we can hv dinner... Without any glitch they said yes... Food was too good... Highly recommend.

I've been a loyal patron of Kool Break for over 25 years, and it continues to impress me with its delectable offerings. Situated on Ashok Marg opposite Jawahar Bhawan, this gem serves authentic Chinese cuisine alongside continental and Indian Mughlai dishes. Whether it's the chicken steamed rice, Manchurian, mutton steak or their expertly crafted grilled fish, every bite is a delight. The ambiance, now refreshed with renovated interiors, adds to the dining experience. Over the years, I've hosted numerous parties here, and each time, my guests have left satisfied. Don't miss their date pancake with ice cream and fresh fruit ice cream salad for dessert. Five stars to Kool Break for consistently delivering exceptional food and service.

Used to go there in the 2000s with parents. With the passing of time, many new restaurants opened up in Lucknow. However, while visiting this place again in Aug 2025 made me realise that some places are just irreplaceable. The food (surprisingly the north Indian food as well as the legendary Chinese) is lip smacking. Be prepared to wait a little longer for the food to come to your table. But trust me, you will not be disappointed. The servers are the same old folks who have been working since the last 15-20 years. A must visit place for awesome food and good atmosphere to relish with your family.

It's a part of Tekarees Inn and mostly serve to the guests in hotel. Though food items are limited, may be other time more item available to eat. Overall a nice clean place and calm with light music playing. As we stay there as guest in marriage so our food items are limited.
