ACE Group has done a commendable job with Ace Parkway. The construction quality and design are impressive, reflecting their solid reputation. Modern and stylish with spacious rooms and high-quality finishes. The design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Amenities: Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Clubhouse, Children’s Play Area. Overall, Ace Parkway offers a premium living experience with excellent amenities and thoughtful design. The support team at Ace Parkway is responsive, professional, and attentive to resident needs, ensuring a smooth living experience.

Great customer service from ACE. They have gone over and beyond to respond to our queries. Keep up the great work. Bainish from team accounting was really helpful in particular to help us understand the steps we had to take for completing our paperwork.

It's a beautiful society and enjoying our stay. Our friends and relatives as and when they come appreciate to the fullest and end up saying that you people are enjoying resort like facilities.

Had a good experience as a buyer for a 2BHK flat in Express Zenith in Sector 77. The flat was nicely done, the handover process and possession was nicely managed on time and we had no issues at all in the paperwork and processing. The builder was fair in his pricing and we're generally pretty happy about our purchase. Special thanks to the team in their office - Ajoy, Priyanka and others and to the maintenance team in Express Zenith - KP Sing, Ho Ram and others..

I have purchased a flat in Express Zenith, many thanks to them for getting my registration done. Although it was on hold for quite some time now everything is streamlined and the way my things were done is really appreciable. The entire staff was very supportive.

We have a flat in Express Zenith and our experience was very good with them, there sales team and CRM Team was very helpful during the registry process. We have lot of gratitude towards them. Overall Express Zenith Project is one of the best project.

The builders are easy to deal with and that's how it should be coz buying a house is already a stressful thing. Exotica housing understands that and made sure they stay true to what they promise their customers. More importantly me and my wife loves our house guys, so thanks!!

Me and my brother visited here for plot purchase, the person who was talking with us was very interesting. We got involved with him and he explained the locations and all in a very simple way means he just convinced us somehow. And the office was well-maintained and clean.
