My internship under Neha Ma’am has been one of the most transformative and enriching experiences of my life. She is not only an exceptional mentor but also a wonderful human being and a great friend. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn and grow under her guidance. The warmth in her presence the calmness in her voice the softness in heart makes you feel comfortable and safe. When I first joined, I was nervous and lacked confidence. However, from the very beginning, Ma’am instilled a sense of belief in me that I had never experienced before. She encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed, answering patiently every single time, no matter how repetitive my queries were. Her trust in me pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and accomplish things I thought were beyond my capabilities. The confidence I have gained during this internship is something I never imagined possible. Neha Ma’am not only trusted me but also encouraged me to trust myself. She consistently challenged me to grow and excel, turning my doubts into determination. Joined as an intern but leaving as a part of her family.
