Highly recommend Changing Minds for inner mind battels which are resulting to be physical aswell. My daughter was suffering from severe nausea and vomiting for the past 8 months visited a number of doctors didn't really get any apt help until we got suggestion about Dr. Laxman Yadav by one of the gastro doctor. Dr. Kumar Abhishek he suggested us that is was all in the mind and nothing physical. Dr. Laxman's CBT and MBT sessions resulted as a blessing as my daughter is now doing completely fine, free of all the nausea and vomiting.

This is the first time in my life that I experienced something like this. I enjoyed the therapy sessions a lot. Overall, it was a very good and mind calming session. the box therapy was quite useful. Going for therapy sessions is indeed my best decisions of life. Pallavi mam is very comprehensive in this. The amount of clarity I have received so far I have received from her made my life to tackle things easier. I am impressed by her listening and observing ability. The environment there itself is pacifying. No doubt she is outstanding in handling her clients. If you are struggling with guilt, sadness, or any other battle in your life, you should definitely approach Angan counseling and meet Pallavi mam. Things like these work.
