The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology. What impressed me the most was the speed and accuracy of the testing process. I received my report within a remarkably short time frame, and it was detailed and easy to understand. The clarity of the results helped me discuss my health concerns with my doctor confidently.

I recently had an ultrasound scan at HiTech Laboratory, and overall, it was a great experience. The radiologist was knowledgeable, and the facilities were excellent. The customer service was friendly, and the location was easily accessible by road. The waiting time was a bit long, even though I had made a prior appointment. It might have been due to it being a Saturday. Despite this, I would still recommend HiTech Laboratory for their quality services.

I am very satisfied with Vivid. From the moment I reached to the time I left, the staff especially two individuals, Remya and Vineet took care of most of the things so I didnt need to stress unnecessarily. Vivid was completely comfortable even with the renovation works going on. The service was wholly up to mark. Everything was provided. The scans were done with utmost care too. For that, i thank the technicians and other staff there. Really wonderful people to be around with.

Vivid is a best example of how a organisation should be. Friendly staffs, they are always approachable and quick responses for your enquiries. Well behaved lab technicians who patiently collect your sample by providing all required information prior. I got all my test results within 2 hours. When I was waiting for my ultrasound scan the ultrasound sound machine got some complaint, they immediately called the technician and resolved the issue. They felt sorry for making me waiting. These kind of customer service very rare nowadays. Vivid is the best diagnostic centre I ever visited.

I had a very good experience with this DDRC. The staff were courteous and professional, and special mentioning for the sample collection department as it very was quick and painless. The lab maintains good hygiene and highly recommended for accurate and reliable testing.
