They staff members here are very polite and interactive. Specifically the counselling department here is very interactive. Miss Hina interacted with me personally and looked after my overall hospitality here. Also the overall ambience of this place is a 5 star rating. I really liked the environment. Extremely good hospital in respect of receiving, handling and providing excellent ophthalmic care. The staff and Doctor are patient friendly courteous and very good interpersonal relationship along with very good communication skills. I never felt that I'm in a hospital. In fact it's more comparable to a 4star hotel. Dr Kishore Paul and Mr Shathrugnan need a special commendation.
