An elegant and classy place, neither overcrowded nor desolate, easy to order options (order at the counter, on app, to the service staff or self order kiosks), excellent service staff if I say so myself. A small anecdote- my friend and I ordered two separate meals, but by mistake one of the meals we ordered was a chicken one while both of us were vegetarians. We realised the goof up only after the food was brought to our table. And when we notified them of the issue and requested an exchange, they did in minutes even though they were under no obligation to do so. Solid customer retention service. You've got yourself a loyal customer.

Just an amazing place to chill out with friends! Super worthy food, subtle ambiance and quick service. Has a kid's play section and one can buy toys also. Has an upper floor seating to cater a larger crowd. This place is a life-saver when you have literally no place on mind!

Loved it..... Whenever I am lost then I will be back to this place where I will be back with this cup of coffee it's for MB.

The employees were really calm and customer friendly. I love the fact that staff kept the seating place clean and peacefull. And they played kpop songs and i like that very much.

Nice place in the centre of the city.. convenient Food was good.. family combo was good but cost was 499 or so for 2 people...

Amazing burgers especially chicken whopper. Veg crispy burger is also good for vegetarians.

Must try chicken french fries,Must Try Burger one of the best for place for burger, Bigguys was once one of my top recommendations when it came to bold, flavorful food. After so many Months today I visited lots of changes made thank you so much satisfied very much.

Food was really good and tasty. Tried their fried chicken and grilled chicken. Fried chicken was really good and cooked fresh. Grill chicken could have been better. Should definitely try this place once.

Authentic taste ,we have ordered korean spicy wings .Good taste and I can give 5/5 and we are regular customers to bigguys.
