My self upendra from jhansi I was drinking a lot due to which I had continuous loose motion for 2 months and the amount of sodium in my body was very less. BP went down a bit, I started feeling uneasy and itching all over my body. Then my father called Dr. . Show me Abhay Gupta ji who got me admitted for 15 days, my God proved me, he is a very kind hearted and great and very lovely knowledgeable person, Dr. Abhay Gupta, he proved to be my ideal for me and helped a poor man a lot. I would like to say this from the heart that if my kind of situation is happening to someone then they should definitely meet Dr.sir. He is a very lovely human being. I am very grateful to Doctor Sahab.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing a physician who left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped into their office, I was struck by their warmth and empathy. One of the things that stood out to me was the physician's attentiveness. They actively listened to my concerns and asked follow-up questions to gain a deeper understanding of my situation.
