The gym is very well equipped, All the trainers and support staff are very helpful. The coach Mr. JEEVA has been very instrumental, friendly and guiding/correcting us with his expertise wherever needed. He is very proactive. I have been enjoying workout at Shape UP and would suggest others to be part of the Shape Up family. Be healthy!.

I recently joined SHAPE UP gym, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. Trainer Mushraf is absolutely fantastic! He's knowledgeable, motivating, and always there to support in reaching my fitness goals. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend.

A good place to work out. The gym is well equipped with all the machines and well maintained. Cleanness and hygiene are on top. Trainers are very supportive (especially coach Ajith) and help you to correct your postures during your workout. Overall my experience with SHAPE UP is very good.

Excellent in training, well maintained top notch equipments. Trainer and owner Mr. Rajkumar is very humble person and suggested workouts depends on our goal and body stability.. Myself having 6 disc issue the workout chart and diet suggestions were really excellent. Nowadays I am very regular to gym without having my back pain… Thanks for continuous support and motivation by Addict team.

Addict Gym,I've been training here almost 9 Months now and I can surely say this one of the affordable gyms in the locality. Trainer Meena mam is well trained and very professional with the trainings and diet chart. She helped me lose a good amount of weight and few inches around my waist within a very short span of time. The equipments are well maintained. If you're looking for a good gym near this locality, I'd recommend this.

Advanced equipment and individual care, I got better result within a month. My cholesterol level high before join there but now Its under control without any supplementary and followed diet properly which was instructed by Mam, Hearty thank you to her for individual attention for each and everyone.
