Believe me I have been into multiple gyms across country but Absolute Gym, Jamshedpur is among one of the best. Superb staff, good hygiene and cleanliness. The facilities are the best. Coming to trainers, the best trainers are around you and helping you during your sets. Very friendly and supportive. I got to workout with Prem Yadav sir and he is completely at different level when it comes to experience and knowledge. Really enjoyed working out with him.

Joined it ad-hoc to spend some time burning calories during the summer vacations back home. The gym is well kept with lot of options and adequate space. I personally used only trademill as I was training for upcoming long runs however I find this place fit for work outs of different types. Recommended.

And my personal experience with Charu mam has been very nice so far, she has a good Knowledge and she is very sincere and focused.

I love the new premises with excellent trainers. Special mention of Vinod& Charu for their support on the floor. All the new trainers are professional in their approach, courteous & helpful. Thank you !.
