As a Research company we were looking for a design which fulfill all our aspects. Site location is on top of hill, so material loading is a big task. This firm gives us a best design with minimum material used. A dream building with all utilities including antenna tower and many other technical parameters stands top of the chambukhadi hill with its beautiful appearance. Swanand is very good at design. His ideas and are unique and decent. Colour choice is excellent . Not so goddy. He created my place larger than it was. He suggested such a design that made my office place more user friendly.
