Great food, Simple ambience and great service. There was some Brioche fest running and loved the vegetarian option Beyond Meat party melt. Right amount of in house sauces and melted cheese. The bread adds a lot to the flavour. It has a nice crunch and is soft as well. The lasagna and pizza also tasted good. You can request for a half and half pizza with 2 different flavours. The avocado gelato shake was ok ok. I would rather stick to just eat gelato.

We had an amazing dining experience at Fusion 9. We had amazing prawns tempura with wasabi which was cooked to crispness and perfection. The almond broccoli soup was really good and fresh and the chicken barbecue pizza was really nice and well spiced. The ambience was good and the staff was really courteous and polite, and the service was quick and prompt.

It’s a very good place to have lunch/dinner with friends and family. The ambience is pretty amazing and very nicely done. The food was also very yum, though the service can be little faster, but no complaints. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. Ambience was good and ambience was great. We opted for vegetarian menu, there were good amount of options in veg worth a try. Food was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed the family time.
