I recently purchased gold jewellery for my wedding from Kalyan Jewellers, Ajmer, and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Bhajan laal and Mahipal, who patiently showed us multiple options in jhumkas, rings, and chains without rushing us at all. There was also another staff member (unfortunately I missed his name, Mandeep i guess) who brought pieces from different counters and showed us more style options based on what we were looking for- that effort really mattered. Also They clearly explained their pricing, policies, and making charges. Compared to other brands, their making charges were lower, and their collection is really good, with lots of variety for different styles and budgets. Another thing I really liked was how someone is always there at the entrance to welcome customers — it just makes the experience feel warm and professional. Overall, the entire staff was very disciplined, respectful, and made the whole buying process stress-free.
