It was a wonderful experience shopping at Tanishq cBhavnagar. My mother wanted to purchase new gold bangles in exchange of her old gold bangles. She was skeptical about the whole thing but I am a regular customer at Bhavnagar Tanishq. So I assured her about the transparency of the whole process. For her the entire process of checking the purity of old and new gold, the melting of the old gold ornaments and the pricing of the gold on the basis of its actual purity and weight was a first time experience and she witnessed the whole process. And she was satisfied. To assist us in our purchases was Mr. Jyotindrabhai Langalia and Ms. Khushi Bhatt. Thank you.
