The quality and craftsmanship of their designs are outstanding, and their collection is always elegant and unique. What truly sets them apart is their warm hospitality and customer service. A special mention to Shree Mam, one of their senior sales executives, who has been remarkable throughout our buying journey. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always ensures that we find the perfect piece that meets our preferences. Her guidance and support have made our shopping experience seamless and enjoyable every time. If you’re looking for exquisite jewelry with impeccable service, I highly recommend this store and do ask for Bhagyashree mam, as her experience and manner is outstanding!

Had a decent experience in the Store, they had good designs, variety and the making charges were reasonable, we also exchanged something and got a good price for it as well. Overall happy with the purchase. The whole experience was great and I would like to specifically mention the sales person “Neha Shrivas” who assisted us very patiently in showing various jewelry designs, she is very polite and efficient in the job, and has a pleasing personality/behavior as well. I am sure she must be one of the star sales person in this store.

We have a long relationship with Saheli Jewellers. Ms. Pushpa Parida, with her atmost patience provided us with the best service. The designs were pretty good. Overall, the experience was nice.
