I usually visit Joyalukkas Gurgaon whenever I need jewellery, and every time the experience has been excellent. A special thanks to Deepak Kumar, who always handles everything with great professionalism and a friendly attitude. Deepak is extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He explains things clearly, suggests the best options, and makes sure the work is done perfectly. His service quality and behaviour are truly impressive and make every visit smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend the store, and especially Deepak Kumar, for outstanding customer service.

Had a very pleasant experience. The store had a really good variety and Pavan Kumar was very informative and attentive in helping us find what we were looking for. The manager was also very helpful in finalising the deal.We will definitely back again.

Visited the store on 26th January and had a wonderful experience. Sales executive Mr. Bharat attended to us with great professionalism. He was soft-spoken, extremely helpful, and patiently answered all our queries. He even took the initiative to get our Tanishq jewelry cleaned. Truly appreciated the thoughtful service and the overall delightful experience!

Had a really great experience. This was my third visit in the last one year. Sales Executive Gangotri helped me out to go through the collection and in making a selection. She also briefed me about different gold investment plans offered by Tanishq which was quite informative.
