I visited Tanishq – Mall Road, Shimla recently and had a very good experience. The store is well-maintained, has a beautiful collection, and the overall vibe is premium. A special mention for Bharti – she was extremely polite, patient, and helpful while showing the products. She explained everything properly, suggested the right options as per my preference, and made the buying experience smooth. Her customer service is really appreciated.
