It was a great experience purchasing from Kalyan jewellers . Absolutely stunning collections. Very nice experience and polite and friendly service.We are really satisfied with the service of the staff. Mr. Rajil TR was really nice and polite to us.

We just went to buy a small thing yet they were very polite, kind, friendly. The staff were very knowledgeable and understanding. Especially Bestin who helped us find what we were looking for. He was always smiling and confident. We had a great experience. We will definitely go back in future for any requirements. Couldn't get nice clicks or videos as we were in a hurry. They have wonderful collections.

The staffs were very helpful with selection, loved the overall experience. Staffs in mg road Trivandrum - Ajeesh, Mahesh & Ajith were so involved with the whole selection and purchase process and help me to buy the ornaments that suited me with ease.

I recently accompanied one of my friends for a purchase in Bhima jewellery, Thiruvananthapuram. The experience was very nice. The staffs were cordial and well experienced. Amazing place to look for ornaments. Gold, Diamonds, Platinum, you name it. Bhima Jewellers have an age old reputation for the quality of their products. Housed in a multi-storey complex with basement parking the shopping experience is quite nice.

The jewellery collection here is quite impressive—lightweight pieces, good variety, and designs that suit everyday customers as well. I’ve visited twice, and the products have consistently been good. However, the customer service needs improvement. Both times, there was no greeting when I entered, and the staff seemed unsure about who would attend to me. A little attentiveness at the first point of contact would make the overall experience much better.
