I enrolled my 6 year old son for Taekwondo classes with NMFA . My only expectation was physical self defence from coaching . Mr Prabhakaran Sir is a very good teacher , calm , doesn't pressurize the kid . But the kid listens to him when he raises his voice . He is liberal at times and also very strict at times when is he expecting the kid to listen , focus and perform. My son is physically active , happy and entire body is very flexible for him because of regular practice in the academy.I recommend this academy if you are looking for learning self defence techniques combined with flexible physical activities
