The classes are well-structured, combining technique, discipline, and physical fitness, making every session both challenging and enjoyable. I’ve seen significant growth in my confidence, focus, and physical strength since joining. Whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your skills, this is the perfect place to train. Highly recomended. I have also learned various skill's which I only dreamed of learning such as kartwheel, Handstand, front roll, back roll. etc... The best decision that I have ever made in my life is to join this institute. Thanks god for having me learn in this wonderful intitute and btw I have also learned various kicks and punches. I am about to turn 40 in 4 months. I joined Negis martial arts academy couple of months ago. Learning MMA skills have a brought about a new change in me. I feel relaxed, stress free, emotionally strong and healthier than ever. I feel my age has reduced by 10 years. Negi sir and his team are best. They are very professional in their work. Gulshan sir is a great coach. He is passionate about his work and the way he teaches various forms of martial arts along with endurance and strength building is phenomenal.
