AI Overview

MAYFAIR Lagoon offers a beautiful setting with well-appointed rooms and a pleasant atmosphere, making guests feel at home. However, customer service appears to be inconsistent, with issues at check-in and a lack of attentiveness during meals, particularly at breakfast. While the food options are average, the Asian restaurant receives positive remarks for its quality.
