He explained everything clearly and also took the time to guide me about a new phone, answering all my questions patiently. Excellent service and a pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Was a good experience. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Divya from the microwave section, and more so to Clement Evin from the fridge/washing machine section for their patience with me as I went through the different options. Economically feasible without compromising on quality.

I ordered a Haier refrigerator from MyG and them, especially their manager Jomy Jose very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to my requests. The entire purchase was painless and smooth. I highly recommend them.

t's been a chaotic last one month for my family wherein we saw the malfunctioning of one of our macbook and 2 samsung phones. I visited ITnet thrice and purchased a new macbook air, a Samsung S23 and a Samsung S24. Considering that it was such an expensive month for us, Mr. Faizal gave us a really good deal which worked out perfectly for us. Also his staff were extremely professional and helped us in retrieving and transferring of data to the new devices. The silver lining was that they also got us a more than decent exchange price for the old devices. It was a seamless experience and I would completely recommend this store for any Electronics purchase.
