After moving to Nagpur, I was in search of a reliable mechanic to service my 15-year-old scooter, which I’ve always kept in mint condition through regular maintenance. I had been loyal to a single mechanic before, but after reading great reviews online, I decided to try Kargil Vijay Auto Service Centre. Since it had been 1.5 years since my last service, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rahul, the mechanic. He was knowledgeable and clearly knew his work inside out. Despite the owner not being around, Rahul was hard at work, taking full responsibility for the tasks at hand. After completing his other tasks, he attended to my scooter, performing a thorough service, followed by a foam wash. I must say, he did an excellent job with the servicing, washing, and polishing. My scooter now looks as good as new! I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of work and am happy to have finally found a trustworthy service centre in Nagpur.

Great service at Kargil Vijay Auto Service! They offered free pickup and drop-off for my Hero pleasure scooter from Swawlambinagar, which was very convenient. I appreciated the transparency, as they sent me photos of every step of the work done. The staff was professional and courteous. Highly recommended for their thorough service and attention to detail.

Excellent work is done on the vehicle. The head of the royal bike point has a great knowledge of bike. And also has obd scanner for imported super bikes. Excellent experience of mind. Even my superbike also services there itself.

Royal Bike point is a good garage. They have a good mechanic. Identify and fix any issues at your two wheeler. Must recommend for servicing of bike and two wheeler.

I could finally find a reliable and hassle free service in Nagpur. This was my second service of Grease Monkey and I must say, it was pretty good. The guy came to my place, listened to all the instructions I gave and delivered my bike the way I wanted. The billing, payments and everything else was smooth too. Very good service. Pick up and delivery was on time. The bike was like almost new after servicing and they took care of all the problems mentioned by me. The bike is now running smoothly without any extra noise. They also show you the video when changing oil, so you can be assured.
